Mario Mangone, Architect & Chief Designer, Graduated from the University of Architecture of Venice, Italy, 1980. Licensed in USA and Europe. Met my future wife, Debra, in Venice: moved to Connecticut in 1981 and married. Worked as Chief Architect for a commercial developer from 1981 to 1987. Moved to South Florida in the spring of 1987 and worked in the Architect's office of Admiral's Cove in Jupiter and Boynton Beach. Designed many model homes and an award-winning residence for the CEO of Admiral's Cove, published in "Florida Design" magazine as the best designed house of the year. Self-employed since 1992. Designed numerous custom homes in Admiral's Cove, Jupiter Island, Jupiter Inlet Colony, PGA National, Islands of Jupiter, along the Intracoastal, the Bahamas, Italy, and more. Richard M. Golfman, Project Manager
After completing college in Wisconsin, Richard began his career in Manitoba Canada. Constructing several large shopping centers, some large commercial buildings for the City of Winnipeg, modernizing the control tower at the Winnipeg International Airport, and then he spent several years working in the Arctic for the Federal Government [North West Territories] constructing homes, school and nursing station for the Eskimos. From there he worked in Jamaica. Returning he then went on to construct twelve health spas for a European Health Spa chain all over the United States. Then moving to Boca Raton, Florida he obtained his required licensing for General Construction and became a partner in a very successful insurance re-mediation firm which worked extensively during the Hurricane Andrew era completing several large projects. Richard then left to work on several large residential projects in Colorado for developer out of Florida. The projects in Colorado included developing 150 acre tract in Glenwood Springs and 396 multifamily condominiums in Littleton, Colorado. Richard has worked on over two hundred million dollars worth of projects during his career, covering over ten states, Canada, the Arctic and Jamaica.

Tracy Fry-Colodny, Director of Sales, comes to us with over 10 years experience in the construction and development industry. Her experience includes all aspects from on-site sales to assisting homeowners with interior and exterior design options. Tracy's passion is to work closely with the homeowner, creating a "worry free" environment as they achieve their vision. From developing home management solutions to overseeing complete renovations, Tracy is both meticulous and efficient. For the past six years, she has become very active with the American Cancer Society, with an emphasis on fundraising for pediatric cancer. This is a cause very close to her heart and she will continue to be a great supporter.
