Residential

We meet with the homeowner in the beginning stages, preferably during the initial “idea” phase. In working with the homeowner from the beginning we are able to help with the initial design, prior to contracting with the architect. Once the ideas are compiled we work hands-on with the architect to lower the budget by value engineering. After the plans are completed we will work hand-in-hand with the homeowner through the bidding process with qualified, licensed and insured sub-contractors while obtaining building permits. The construction process will run smoothly due to the fact we are using proven sub-contractors and we will be on the job-site daily looking after the homeowners best interest.
